Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Lightly grease and line a tray (about 20cm square) with a piece of plastic wrap or baking paper.

In a bowl over simmering water, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray.
Spread gently.
Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
Cut into small squares.
Store in fridge or can be frozen for a few weeks.
