Teacup Biscuits
These are the cutest little biscuits and so easy to make.
Teacup Biscuit Ingredients
- large marshmallows
- small marshmallows
- plain round biscuits
- icing sugar
- food colouring
- sprinkles
Method:
1. Make some icing using icing sugar, a little water and food colouring of your choice. For ten biscuits we needed 3 tablespoons of icing sugar and about 1 teaspoon of water.
2. Dip the large marshmallows in the icing and then into the sprinkles. Leave to dry while you start on next step.
3. Ice one side of the biscuit, then pop a ‘sprinkled’ marshmallow on top using the icing as a ‘glue’. (Thin biscuits are best as not so much for the children to eat. Otherwise they may just eat the marshmallow and waste the biscuit!)
4. Dip the side of a little marshmallow in icing and then stick it onto the side of a big marshmallow to look like the teacup handle.
