These were a big hit at our recent Army party.
I used Annabel Langbein’s One Pot Chocolate and Rasberry Cupcakes recipe. I love this recipe and use it often for kid’s parties. It makes a big batch, uses only ‘one pot’ is extra delicious and freezes well. I baked the cupcakes a week before the party and then took them out the night before to ice them using Buttercream Icing.

I piped on green Buttercream Icing and added some Kiwi Cake Sprinkles from their medley selection.

I topped the cupcakes off with a Gummy Army Man, also from Kiwi Cakes, and a small wedge of Chocolate Bark.
